Returns and Exchanges
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, Kanduo Candle Co. is committed to providing quality products for you to enjoy. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we would greatly appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to make it right. Please contact us at kanduoco@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 3-day damaged product refund policy for products that are damaged during shipment, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a solution.
